Start Time: 6 am for the 50 Mile and 100km. 50km participants will
be bused to the 100km turn around and start at approx. 7:00 am.
Start location: Kinsmen Scout Hall, Niagara on the Lake,
ON
Course: Point to point 50 km (bused to start), out and back 50 mi & 100
km, on 100% asphalt
footpath with several road crossings. Flat, along Niagara Parkway.
Time limit: 14 hrs. (cut off times applied progressively.)
Facilities: Washrooms at start/finish and various locations on route, showers
at finish.
Aid Stations: Every 5 km, St. Johns Ambulance mobile units
Fees: $60Cdn / $45US by June 21st, then $70Cdn/$55US.

Awards:
50km, 50 Mile and 100km Awards to 1st Male /Female in both Open (<50) and Masters
(50+) Divisions.

Directions: From any direction take QEW to Niagara-on-the-Lake
(between Niagara Falls and St Catharines). Take Niagara-on-the-lake exit and
follow signs to Niagara-on-the-lake (Route 55). Turn right on Mary St and follow
to King St. Kinsmen Scout Hall is on King St opposite Mary St.
Alternative Distance: As an added feature for friends and family,
a 5 km Red Dress Run is being planned from the same location on the same day
