again starting at Club Roma, St. Catharines, at 8:30 AM - admission
is free but participate at your own risk - all participants must
be members in good standing of the St. Catharines Roadrunners
and Walkers. Come on out, have some fun and give duathlon a try.
The format is 5km run, 23km bike, 5 km run.
