Weekly Runs/Walks

We meet every Wednesday night at 6:30 pm at Cat's Caboose
on Glenridge Ave.  St. Catharines).   ​Following brief weekly announcements, members break into groups of complimentary ability and enjoy a 5k or longer run or walk!

Saturday morning Coffee Run.  We head out from coffee shops around St. Catharines and area.  Distances vary.  Sign up for our Instagram weekly updates or follow us on Facebook. See icons below.

Everyone's Welcome

We welcome visitors and new members of any ability level! ​
Some runners do short slow runs, while others run at various speeds over longer distances.  All walkers are most welcome!  Pick a distance that suits you.  Runs are free so come out and give us a try.

Hang Out

Stick around after your run/walk for a drink, some food and some casual conversation.  
Sometimes it's all about the fun!
Join with the SCRRW community at our annual Summer Barbecue/AGM, Fall Wine Run & Christmas Party!  We also host other events such as golf, bowling, a Halloween run and more!  ​

Sunday "Trail Apes"
Any trail runners out there?  Almost every Sunday morning the Trail Apes tackle the trails around Niagara. It is a great way to sample some of the best running experiences that our region has to offer.  The Apes usually go out for 1.5 hours and run a different trail every Sunday.  Nobody gets left behind! As routes vary weekly, check our Facebook page to see where the Trail Apes are heading next.  Routes include many different trails on the Bruce Trail, Twelve Mile Creek, Woodend, Short Hills, & the Niagara Gorge.
